Fittbot Mega Fitness Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Program Overview

The Fittbot Mega Fitness Rewards Program (“Program”) is a limited-period promotional reward initiative designed to encourage fitness participation and engagement through the Fittbot platform.

  • Program Period:
    1st January 2026 to 30th March 2026
  • Lucky Draw Date:
    31st March 2026
  • Eligibility:
    Open to users who successfully join the Program and complete eligible purchases via the Fittbot mobile application during the Program Period.

2️⃣ Joining the Program (Mandatory Opt-In)

Participation in the Program is not automatic.

To be eligible:

  • Users must explicitly opt in by clicking “Join Fittbot Mega Rewards Program” within the app.
  • Users must accept these Terms & Conditions.

Only users who have joined the Program will be considered eligible for lucky draw entries.

3️⃣ Eligible Purchases for Entries

A successful and non-refunded transaction made through the Fittbot app under any of the following categories will generate one (1) Lucky Draw Entry ID, subject to entry limits:

  • Daily Gym Pass
  • Session-wise Booking
  • Fittbot Subscription
  • Refer & Earn (Referral Bonus)

Each eligible transaction generates a unique, non-transferable Entry ID.

4️⃣ Daily Gym Pass – Entry Rules

  • 1-Day Daily Gym Pass purchase = 1 Entry
  • Multi-Day Daily Gym Pass purchase (2 days or more) = Maximum 2 Entries per purchase

📌 Entries are credited per purchase, not per number of days.
📌 Maximum eligible entries: Up to 90 Daily Gym Pass entries per user during the Program Period.

5️⃣ Session Booking – Entry Rules

Fittbot offers multiple session types, including but not limited to:
Zumba, Yoga, Personal Training (PT), Aerobics, Martial Arts (Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, etc.), Strength Training, HIIT, Core, Pilates, Dance, and other instructor-led sessions.

✅ How Entries Are Earned

  • Each individual session booking made through the Fittbot app = 1 Lucky Draw Entry
  • Users may book any session type, including the same session multiple times
  • Every successful session booking is counted as a separate eligible entry

📌 Examples:

  • Yoga + Zumba + HIIT = 3 entries
  • Yoga + Yoga + Yoga = 3 entries

📌 This structure rewards consistent participation, whether users prefer variety or focus on a specific workout style.
📌 Maximum eligible entries: Up to 90 Session Booking entries per user during the Program Period.

6️⃣ Fittbot Subscription – Entry Rules

  • Any paid Fittbot Subscription plan = 2 Entries

Applies to:

  • Monthly (Gold Plan)

📌 Entries are credited once per successful subscription purchase.

7️⃣ Referral Bonus Entries

✅ Referral Eligibility Rules

Users can earn bonus lucky draw entries through referrals, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refer 3 unique friends using a valid referral code
  • Each referred friend must:
    • Register on Fittbot using the referral code
    • Complete any eligible purchase (Daily Gym Pass / Session Booking / Subscription)
    • Have a successful, non-refunded transaction

🎁 Referral Bonus Structure

  • 1 referral bonus entry is awarded for every 3 successful referrals
  • Users can earn up to 15 referral bonus entries per user
  • This requires 45 successful referrals in total
    (Refer 3 friends → 1 entry × 15)

📌 Referral bonus entries are separate from purchase-based entries and do not increase category-wise caps.

8️⃣ Entry Limits Per User (90-Day Program)

To ensure fairness and transparency, the following maximum entry limits apply per user:

Purchases beyond these limits will not generate additional lucky draw entries, but users may continue using Fittbot services normally.

9️⃣ Entry Validation & Display

  • Each eligible entry generates a unique Entry ID
  • All Entry IDs are visible in the user’s Rewards Program Dashboard
  • Entry IDs are:
    • Non-transferable
    • Non-editable
    • Locked after transaction confirmation

🔟 Invalid & Disqualified Entries

Entries will be cancelled or revoked if:

  • The related transaction is cancelled or refunded
  • Duplicate, fake, or self-referrals are detected
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program is identified

Fittbot reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in suspicious or unethical behavior.

1️⃣1️⃣ Lucky Draw Process & Transparency

  • Winners will be selected via a computerized random draw
  • The lucky draw will be conducted live on the official Fittbot YouTube Channel for complete transparency
  • Winner details may be announced using:
    • Partial Entry ID
    • City / Gym name (no sensitive personal data)

The draw outcome shall be final and binding.

Rewards are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash

Delivery timelines and verification requirements will be communicated to winners separately.

  • This Program is a promotional reward activity and not a lottery, gambling, or betting scheme
  • Participation is voluntary
  • Fittbot reserves the right to:
    • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program in exceptional circumstances
    • Amend these Terms & Conditions with prior notice

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction only.
