Delete Your FittBot Account Permanently

Account Deletion Policy
Steps to delete your account:
  • Go to the Profile Page in the Fittbot app.
  • Click on "Delete My Account".
  • A confirmation popup will appear. If you confirm, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Data that will be deleted:
  • Personal details (Name, Email, Password, Mobile Number, etc.).
  • Workout, diet, and progression data.
  • Any other information stored in the app.
  • Your details will also be removed from the gym admin's dashboard in Fittbot Business.
Account Retention Period

We may retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, in case you wish to recover your account. You have 30 days from the date of deletion request to revise your decision. During this period, your account will be deactivated but not permanently deleted. You can contact our customer support to restore your account within this timeframe.

Processing Time

Please note that the account deletion process may take 2 to 3 business days to complete after the 30-day retention period.

You are about to submit a request for us to permanently close your Fittbot account and delete all your data. Once your Fittbot account is closed, all of the products and services accessed through your account will no longer be available to you.

Account Information
Please note that account deletion is a permanent action; once your account is closed it will no longer be available to you and cannot be restored. If you later decide to avail of Fittbot products and services that require an account, you will need to create a new account.
Gym owners and admins manage client accounts and gym-related data. Due to the nature of this app, full account deletion is not possible, as it would impact the operation of linked client accounts.
Handling Account Deletion for Gym Admins
  • If you wish to stop using the app, you can request to deactivate your account by contacting our support team at .
  • Your account will be disabled, preventing any further logins or new data additions.
  • Client accounts created by you will continue to function unless they are deleted individually by the users.
  • Some data may be retained for regulatory and business continuity purposes.
Important Note

As a gym admin, your account is connected to your clients' data. Complete deletion would impact their experience. We offer account deactivation instead.

Our support team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your deactivation request and assist with any outstanding matters. If you need to export your data before deactivation, please mention this in the details section above.
