Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through Fittbot Mobile App, Fittbot Shop, Fittbot Business Mobile App, Fittbot Website, and Fittbot Web App — including subscriptions, nutrition plans, smartwatches and other Shop items, gym memberships, and Fittbot Daily Gym Pass. We want to keep things simple, transparent, and easy to understand.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases
- All purchases are non-refundable once purchased and activated.
Gym Memberships, Personal Training Plans & Daily Gym Pass - This includes:
- Fittbot Digital Subscriptions
- Gym Memberships, Personal Training Plans & Daily Gym Pass
- Nutrition Plans & Coaching Services
- Products from Fittbot Shop (Smartwatches, Fitness Gear, Accessories, etc.)
- Gym Memberships, Personal Training Plans & Daily Gym Pass Plans and Services are gym owner’s sole responsibility and Fittbot is not responsible for non-delivery of services. Fittbot is a medium connecting the User and Gyms.
Once payment is confirmed and services are activated or products are processed, no refund willbe given.
2. When Refunds Are Possible
Refunds are only issued if there is a technical or payment error from Fittbot’s side, such as:
- Money deducted twice (duplicate payment).
- Payment deducted but the service/product not delivered or activated.
- Wrong charge due to a Fittbot system error.
If this happens:
- Contact support@fittbot.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
3. No Refunds for User Cancellations
If you change your mind, cancel after activation, or stop using the service/product, no refund will be issued.
- Example: Buying a Daily Gym Pass, Gym Memberships, Personal Training Plans, Subscription, Nutrition Plan, or Shop Product and then deciding not to use it will not qualify for a refund.
- For Fittbot App Digital Subscriptions: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation only stops auto-renewal for the next billing period — the current plan will continue until its expiry date.
4. Fittbot Policy is Final
- Only the Fittbot Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Fittbot Platforms.
- No partner gym or third-party refund policy will be accepted or considered.
5. Transparency Before You Pay
- Refund and cancellation terms are always displayed before checkout on all Fittbot platforms.
- By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
